Casio GA150-1A G-Shock Military Black 3D Mens Watch Review
Casio say their new G Shock GA 150 - 1ADR Analog Digital watch has a "unique 3 D design that creates the appearance as if they have been chiselled out of stone, creating a look of toughness and power". Well that is quite a statement but I do agree with it because this is one cool looking watch indeed. The case is a large but not too large 52 mm wide.
Also what I love are really clear dials and hands. The silver hands against the black background are so easy to read in any light. The hands are not luminous but there is a little LCD light for viewing the time in the dark. This light will not show the digital dials though at night. The glass is mineral and not sapphire but because its inset in the face, it should prove scratch resistant.
Unlike many more modern G Shocks, there is no solar battery here or wave ceptor atomic time keeping. Its just basic quartz with the usual casio extras, stop watch, timer, and alarm. Personally since I have all these on my Samsung Galaxy S4 smart phone I never really bother using them on my watch anymore. Its nice to have them though.

Casio G Shock GW 3500 B - 1A Mens Black Tough Solar Atomic Watch Review
This is hands down my favourite Casio G Shock Watch with a Resin strap. I have it one year now and it is still exactly like new, despite the fact I often bring it swimming and working out. I paid $228 on Amazon.com for it and of course the price has dropped substantially since.
The style and looks are exceptional. The yellow markers contast so well off the black casing. I am always getting compliments from people about this watch. It is an extremely clear and easy watch to read. The neobrite (luminous) markers are easily the best I have ever had on any watch. They glow so bright in the darkness.
The wave ceptor atomic time keeping works like a dream and has never yet failed to keep the watch updated to the absolute second every night. Because of this function these watches are the most accurate in the world.
As a backup to the really bright Neo brite hands, there is also an LED light which works well. The glass is also recessed into the body of the watch which helps keep it scratch free. This is common with all G shock watches.
The band is very comfortable and stylish, and because this G shock is so light you would hardly feel it on your wrist.
